Round Trip Maintenance Shipping

Once you purchase this item please send us an email at info at rideriptide dot com with your order number. We will email you a return label.

This order also covers the cost of us shipping your board back to you.

Please use this return label to send your board back to us. Make sure to cushion the nose and tail with foam or something soft so they do not poke holes in your shipping box.
 

Please include your Remote but do not send back your Charger.



Notes:
  • Per the terms of our warranty, within the first six months of ownership we cover the costs of parts and part shipping for qualifying issues. Our warranty does not cover shipment of the board back to our shop or our labor on the board.
  • The option remains to receive the needed parts (and tools) yourself and complete the installation following the in-depth steps listed out in our Support Portal. Most repairs can be completed in less than half an hour. This is the fastest, easiest, and cheapest way to get you back riding. If you'd prefer this route let us know.
  • If your maintenance work is determined to be Non-Warranty*, you will receive an invoice and cart link for the parts and labor when the work is complete. Once paid we will send the board back to you.
  • If your maintenance work is determined to be In-Warranty, you will receive an invoice and cart link for only the labor. Once paid we will send the board back to you.
 
*If the damage is caused by mis-use, water damage, or other scenarios outlined in our manual, the fix may be determined to be Non-Warranty, even if the board is within the six month warranty period.
